In 2008, everything changed. The Big Island Steak House is now gone. People and jobs and tourism are a thing of the past. Hawaii is the United State's coal mine canary. Please check on your relatives. Things will (most definately) probably get worse.
In 2004 while on vacation on the Big Island of Hawaii, my wife and I were looking for a place to eat dinner. She suggested the Big Island Snake House. My hearing is not so great at times and I thought I misheard Big Island Steak House. I find these mishearings a bit funny at times, and said to her, "I swear you just said Big Island Snake House". She laughed and said she did. So our vacation included making drawings of snakes as waiters and serving food.
Upon our return, time was put into making a coffee table book, The Big Island Snake House. A few friends saw it and liked the story. In time one story lead to another.
In early 2007, Fish Gone Bad put together "Why I hate the holidays", featuring the greatest snake ever drawn, Snake number 5. I had hoped to enter the cartoon into Spike and Mike's Festival of Animation. But there was no response. So half a year later it went up on YouTube. Now it is being used to show off some of my talent.
Fish Gone Bad is just plain fun. If you find Fish Gone Bad incredibly unfunny, then please buy several hundred shirts and give them to people with a sense of humor.
Fish Gone Bad is now seen worldwide!
If you do not want a shirt, but would like to help out, contributions are always accepted via Paypal.
